Phil Walton's new album to be released to streaming platforms on June 2nd, 2026.

Phil and a group of other performers are going to play the legendary Pink Floyd album "The Dark Side Of The Moon", full in concert.

Phil Walton's first compilation is to be released on September 16th, 2026.

Phil Walton's self-titled album came out in June 2024, and was made up of many songs he'd written over the previous years, with friends or alone, and the music and production was done entirely on his own. He used GarageBand as a DAW for this album, and it had nine tracks including "The Rabbit Song" and "Death Island". There were two singles before this album, an earlier version of "The Rabbit Song", and a song he created for his YouTube channel but ended up putting on the album, "Western Song". It also had the original version of his song "Crème Brûlée". When this first came out, Phil was pretty happy with it, and listens to it often to find inspiration and remind himself where he came from. The most listened to song on this album is "New Year's Blues", likely due to the funny voice Phil made when he recorded it, causing people to consider his entire career on this song. It is actually one of Phil's favorite songs of his, and he considers it one of the better parts of that album.

Progress came out in June 2025, as a second album, which was written over the previous months, but recording was put off until just a couple weeks before the due date, making it a little bit rushed, although Phil was still very satisfied with the result. This album has tracks like "Cedar", named due to the song being in the key of C Dorian, and "Fracking", which he had been workshopping for months before the end result. It also has the finished version of "Crème Brûlée". He named the album Progress due to two things, the progressive nature of his favorite piece on it, "Fracking", and the fact that he made so much progress coming from his last album. Progress has one feature on it, a saxophone part from his friend Vincent. He claimed it sounded almost professional, especially since he switched his software to Adobe Audition for this record, meaning he could do much more with it. The final product of this album made Phil incredibly happy, despite his lack of mixing anything beyond setting a couple levels.

113025 is an anomaly, because Phil doesn't particularly care for singles, but he released this one. The song was entirely written and recorded on one day, November 30th, 2025. It had been finished for a while before he decided to release it on January 16th, 2026, because he was going to an open mic that night and wanted something to break the ice with. He used GarageBand for this song, and just plugged right in, same as his first album. The difference is, he used a guitar for both guitars AND the bass, using a special effect to make it sound interesting and not just like a guitar. He also used electronic drums, which can also be found on "Funktastical". Phil loved the sound he got on this track, and the unconventional feel.

Hazard Marker is Phil Walton's third album, and his first double album. It was released in June 2026 and has tracks on it like "Be Alright", which he came up with in the shower before Progress was released, and "Don't Fret", which he named due to using a capo on the song. The sessions for this album lasted longer than any of his previous recording, starting back in August 2025, almost immediately after Progress was finished, and ending in late May 2026, just before the release. Phil has an incredible amount of faith in this album and how well it will perform, due to the time he's invested and his growing skill. He thinks that it could compete with certain mainstream artists for production, although his methods are very different, with him playing all the instruments and mixing and everything entirely on his own, without professional help. Phil had a few features on this album, by his friends Blaze, who played a guitar solo, and Ava, who did a duet with Phil. Phil's father, Justin, also made an appearance, playing two guitar solos on the album. The album clocks in at 81 minutes, and a quarter of that is Phil's masterpiece, "Difficulties Of The Analog Mind". He spent a good chunk of his total recording time just working on this beast, which originally was an 11-minute piece, but he then redid to add the two bridges to keep it interesting, upping the work to 20 minutes. Phil was incredibly satisfied with the final product of this album, and was very eager to see everybody's thoughts.

Sweet Sixteen is a two-part compilation, with one half being sixteen unreleased tracks, and the other half being sixteen of his favorite songs of his. This will be released on September 16th, when he will turn 16 years old. This will include older versions of "New Year's Blues", "Crêpes and a Bun", "V.A.D.", and more.

Phil is always working on a new project! He's just like rust, he never sleeps! (That's probably not a good analogy). Phil plans to release a new record every year around June, to show respect to the first two, which were school projects (of his own choosing) due at the end of the year. He got a good grade, don't worry. Sit tight, and new music will be coming your way!
